La Chola Poblete (Guaymallén, Argentina, 1989) produces performances, drawings, photographs, and videos in which she makes use of her own body and biography to discuss the complexities of the Chola identity and colonial legacies in the Andean region, including violence against the LGBTQIA+ population and racialized groups, of which she is part.
