Entrelazos

193 Gallery presents {{I:Entrelazos}}, a group show featuring works by four Central American artists: Zoila Andrea Coc-Chang (Guatemala/China), Antonio Pichilla Quiancain (Guatemala), Risseth Yangüez Singh (Panama) and Simon Vega (El Salvador), curated by Alejandra Josefina Paz.
The exhibition Entrelazos brings together four artists from the once-submerged region that is Central America, exploring the place where differences meet. The artists gaze's gravitates towards a multiple material and discursive choice that mirrors the cultural heterogeneity of the territory. In the exhibition, historical moments, identity phenomena and cultural heritages are represented and dialogued to resist.
