From Brazil With Love

From Brazil with Love features the evocative works of Afro-Brazilian artist Kamila Soares. This exhibition marks a significant moment in Soares’ career, as it is her first solo Exhibition. Through a series of seven paintings, Soares offers a visual dialogue between past and present, memory and imagination, homeland and distance.

Soares, a São Paulo-based artist, sees painting not merely as a means of personal expression but as a record of thought — a layering of influences, memories, and ideas translated into vivid compositions. With From Brazil with Love, she weaves together elements of nostalgia and belonging, each canvas infused with a color from the Brazilian flag, signifying her deep-rooted connection to her homeland.
