Final exhibition of the Humboldt Lab Dahlem: "Principle laboratory" & "Probebühne 7"

Final exhibition of the Humboldt Lab Dahlem. Until October 2015 the Lab will show how a contemporary presentation of non-European, historical museum collections at the Humboldt Forum can look like. Review and Preview at the same time : Six new projects in the frame of "Probebühne 7" are the prelude to the finale of the Humboldt Lab Dahlem. The "Probebühne 7" awaits you with the projects „(K)ein Platz an der Sonne“, „Korea ausstellen“, „Paradies der Kopfjäger“, „Sammlungen schauen“, „Springer, nochmals“ and „Wissen teilen“. The artists , artists , curators will be present. The projects of " Probebühne 6 " are still on view. "Principle laboratory" - All of the experiments realized and debated in the seven „Probebühnen“ (rehearsal stages) of Humboldt Lab Dahlem will be recalled and reflected - with their issues, objectives, experimental set-ups and results. They illustrate the way in which the current exhibition planning for the Humboldt Forum has resulted in a partly intuitive, partly methodically progressive program. Looking back on an inspiring series of experiments "principle laboratory" is somehow an exhibition about exhibiting. It was designed by Martin Heller, together with the scenographers of the arge gillman schnegg.
