The Dance – Group Show

From March 16 to April 28, 2023, Luce Gallery presents the group show The Dance featuring Kika Carvalho, Danielle DeJesus, Yaya Yajie Liang, Emmanuel Massillon, Pedro Neves, Thomias Radin, Austin Uzor, and Sydney Vernon.

The exhibition intends to investigate the theme of dance – considering its intrinsic and eternal relationship with art. The pictorial works of the eight artists involved explore the language of the body and the forms of movement, each in a different way and sometimes with symbolic references.

With a large vocabulary of idioms, the group show The Dance uses dance as a multidisciplinary tool to read gestures and emotions.
