Find Here a List of Resources for Artist in Need - Contemporary And

We've compiled a list of grants offering support to artists in need during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Artists At Risk – For artists who face threats to their freedom or lives and are unable to reach a country of safety during the coronavirus pandemic.

European Cultural of Solidarity Fund – Deadline: 27 April 2020, open to artists based anywhere.

Format – Financial support for photographers based anywhere.

National Geographic – Emergency fund for journalists.

The Artist Protection Fund – For artists and institutions based anywhere.

Art Jameel – Deadline 7 June, for independent artists based in the Middle East and North Africa.

Culture Recovery Fund – Between March and June 2020, for institutions and freelance artists, performers and filmmakers.

Follow Your Art – Current call for application for artists from Belgium, Tunisia and Italy. Countries rotate with each call for applications.

Institut Français Morocco – Deadline: 20 May 2020, call for projects to support art and culture in Morocco.

BASA Artist Relief Grants – For creatives in South Africa infected or affected by Corona-19.

Emergency Relief Fund – For Saudi freelancers in the film industry, who are based in Saudi Arabia.

Singapore Unbounded Relief Fund – For writers from Singapore or with Singapore Residence.

#HomeNotAlone – For performing artists, cultural workers and production crew in the Philippines.

Artist Relief

National Endowment for the Arts – Provides more resources for artists based in USA.

Art: An Essential Need, Emergency Grants – Publication to collect money via crowdfunding for participating artists

2020 Arts Writers Grant – For US writers, both emerging and established, who are writing about contemporary visual art
