Art in Social Structures (AiSS) is a Ghanaian NGO run and funded by a board of international artists with the aim of promoting contemporary artists and cultural projects.

AiSS members are driven by the conviction that art plays a fundamental role within civil societies and that the creative resources of a society must be preserved and promoted for current and future generations. Rather than providing direct financial grants, the organization supports individual artists, artist groups, or projects by working closely with them as they develop and implement their ideas. AiSS also supports projects that preserve cultural heritage, awards university scholarships, funds small companies, and administers cultural and educational exchange programs. Its overall goal is to create awareness of art as essential to the formation of social structures and to encourage a creative and practical dialogue about contemporary life.
