31 project is dedicated to promote African contemporary art scenes through multidisciplinary exhibitions of emerging and established artists from the continent and its diasporas. The gallery has been founded in Paris by Clémence Houdart and Charles-Wesley Hourde in 2019.
31 project is a new and innovating player. The entity is structured as a flexible model, to react as close as possible to the actuality of African scenes and to give an account of their vitality. A series of exhibitions will be held at the Charles-Wesley Hourdé gallery in Paris and at art fairs, in France and abroad.
