The Other Side of Now: Foresight in Contemporary Caribbean Art

Uma exposição coletiva temática no Museu de Arte Pérez, em Miami, está centrada na questão: “Como será o futuro do Caribe?”

A exposição coletiva O outro lado do agora: perspectivas da arte contemporânea do Caribe, no Museu de Arte Pérez de Miami (PAMM), está centrada em torno da questão “Como será o futuro do Caribe?”. A mostra busca refletir para além das narrativas de catástrofe que continuam a delimitar a região tanto no que diz respeito ao passado, quanto ao presente. O outro lado do agora apresenta 14 artistas que se empenham em pensar o futuro a partir de experiências pessoais, memórias coletivas e legados históricos.
