Hortus Americanus

Hortus Americanus is a series of conversations, lectures and talks around Latin American and Caribbean Art in Germany. The series takes place at Galerie Wild Palms in spring and summer of 2022. Curated by Alexandra Meffers and Jorge Sangunio guests topics inlcude conversationism, the confrontation of local communities with climate crisis as well as and shifts in the new geopolitics. Hortus Americanus aims to create pathways for interaction between people, plants and animals with their innovative art.
