La Redhada is a women collective of artists, teachers, researchers and activists from the Colombian Caribbean region, which due to the production of projects and cultural events with a gender perspective looks, investigate and highlights the plastic arts, visuals and multimedia doing Caribbean artists.
Connecting the academic world with the experience of another women collectives, they look to influence the cultural policy, especially due the process of restructuring of the Colombian Caribbean artistic history.
This collective try to implement a team work, which they learn from another collectives of women and associations defending the rights of women. The decisions are taking in way of assembly, using the new digital tools of the digital communication.
